Update:3/10/2019- the grab and go drink area is always covered in sticky exploded drinks like clearly it’s been going on for a year and yet still it happens and no one cleans it up. The manager of this store has had to see this doing his department sweeps I’m sure so what’s the deal. I have managed grocery retail and this would never be acceptable from my employees honestly this place is a joke.Update 03/2019- Just went to checkout at this horrible store and Gus who was working at the cash registers was so rude. My self checkout had a issue and he is quote said “well call that lady over there” and continued to point off in a random direction of the store. So I said “well then you call her to come help me” he continues to yell across the store “ hey (can’t remember the name ) come over here then turn to me and says “see that wasn’t that hard” then thankfully Jose comes over to diffuse the situation and helps me finish and check out and get on my way. However I have had issues with Gus before at this store he has poor customer service and needs to be coached more or possibly let go.Update: still a horrible CVS now the one perk thy had which was express check out Is broken. all but one of the four machines work and it’s been that way for weeks. This Store gets more and more dilapidated each day.The worst CVS I’ve ever visited. I have visited multiple times and I always receive Very extremely poor customer service. This place always has items not properly stocked, one week they have the product the next they don’t. They also have the Ability to accept Apple Pay/Samsung pay but always state “it’s not working” this CVS is an absolute drab mess and I’m upset to know that they even have the right to carry the CVS Name. I live close to this store but it may be better to start taking my business to another convenience store. I prefer CVS but this specific store is making me think other wise.

If there was a zero, or negative, it’d be lower! I have had the same insurance for two years. Ever since 2020 started, this CVS was contracted and I could no longer go to Walgreens. I thought, no problem , this is down the street! Well, every two weeks when something is texted to me from this place, it’s something. They NEVER have my insurane on file, but they down ask either. They just apply a discount card and hope I do not ask why the pricing is wrong. THAT is illegal. I constantly get told that the system that texted me to refill something, didnt go to them and I have to wait. EVERY TIME! More recently, I had major spinal surgery. I now cant just drive myself, and to even get out, requires the use of a back brace and walker. So two days ago I go in. Once again, the right meds aren’nt ready, then right at closing time, I ask why the cost is so high and they said, AGAIN You don’t have insurance, so we applied a discount card. At 9:00p.m., I leave with no medication and an I’m sorry, can you bring your card in again tomorrow. I looked at the same woman who does this to me every two weeks and I said NO, do you not see how hard it is for me to get from my house, to here? She literally just keeps apologizing and never offers to fix anything. Their systems are messed up, they always make you when even after they said things are ready, they never update your RX number, and they don’t even care that you are upset. I WOULD’NT GO TO THIS PHARMACY IF IT WAS THE LAST ONEIN SAN DIEGO. They are absolute;y horrible!
