My pharmacy sent me here because they were out of what I needed. I gave them the prescription and the lady looked at me, then showed the pharmacist, they both continued to look at: one says no and walks away. The other lady says that they can’t fill this because it’s out of county and I’ll need to go to Long Beach and have it filled. She did NOT look up profile to see that I was a “regular” and have a standing prescription for this from the same doctor for YEARS. She did NOT call the provider on the prescription to verify. When I tried to explain why I was there, I was interrupted – “well you aren’t going to change my pharmacists mind” put my prescription down and walked away. Leaving me just standing there. THIS is how the pharmacy staff treats people. They made me feel absolutely disgusting and worthless. It’s embarrassing.

I was on a mission to get some MedTerra CBD 500mg Rapid Cooling Cream for my knees.I tried a couple other locations and could only find the 250mg cream. I did a quick search, and found a CVS I had forgotten. The price was slightly higher than online, but online wasn’t shipping for some reason. Anyway, I scored two bottles of what I wanted…so now I am set until June… I hope.
