I like shopping at CVS for cosmetics however they do not offer refunds for anything right now even with a receipt! I find this so unfair when all the other stores are taking refunds! It’s just using covid-19 as an excuse to not take returns! It’s time to get back to great customer service CVS!!!!

I have been shopping CVS for at least 9 years. My 1st favorite location was on Saturn Ave, got to know the pharmacy crew who were all very knowledgeable and helpful, was always treated with respect and courtesy. Then moved to the 3rd Ave Chula Vista location where it is equally pleasant and i feel very confident in pharmacy decisions. Definitely no complaints.
