UNTRAINED, UNPROFESSIONAL, UN-COOPERATIVE STAFFSpent nearly 20 mins at the phito kiosk, teying to print a photo. First, the USB connection method doesn’t work. After multiple holds and waits I’m told ‘you’ll have to use the website’… even though there was an app option. So, downloaded app… tried again… wifi on printer machine ask for a password. Neither CS not Manager knows it. Dimple answer ‘its not working’. Well, I said, would u be calling someone to check; because the system.seems to respond to the wifi connection. Is something wrong with the app then?In all this, the attitude seemed to be ‘we’re not here to print yr photos… wanna do it, figure it out’.. When asked his name, the Manager, with no name tag on shirt, says, why do u need my name? Unbelieveable!CVS: if you want tonprovide a service, provide it impeccably. Don’t waste people’s time. The fact that your memebrship card hasn’t ever been connected to the name, for 10 years, after multiple attempts (Ave 60, Figueroa St location) has enough of a nuisance. It needn’t be compounded w8th bad attitude from the store.

Please go a different pharmacy to get your prescriptions. I was unable to get a name brand here that my dr prescribed. After putting info from a coupon for the drug into their computer, they said they didn’t have a contract to be able to apply the coupon. I told the Pharmacy staff that the doctor said if I had any trouble, to give them a call and they would prescribe a different drug. There was a lot of unnecessary back and forth communication. The pharmacist called my dr and told me that the office was closed. I said calmly (but I was obviously getting upset, not angry just frustrated, as I needed the medication the same day), that I was sorry it was causing such a problem. The pharmacy tech was laughing and speaking in another language to the pharmacist! Insensitive and rude! So I drove all the way to Walgreens, and while talking to the pharmacy tech there, called my doctor and they answered! They said that their office was closed but they were taking calls. They then called in a different prescription for me. NO MORE MAIN ST CVS PRESCRIPTIONS FOR ME! Closest to me but too bad.
