This place is lacking personnel or customer service skills. Our veterinarian in Los Angeles asked to a closest pharmacy to refill my dogs’ prescription. My dog had cancer and this place took forever. They never contact me, I called them instead and offered me having the pain medicine in an hour. After 5 hours, a phone machine called me telling me that they do not have the medicine. What type of people work there? I told then that my dog has cancer and was having a bad day since two days ago. Terrible place, please do not even think on shop or refill your prescriptions here.

This CVS we go out of our way to get there because they are friendly and do whatever they can to help us. Their prices are a lot lower than the other CVS’ s that we go to. They are all set and ready for Valentine’s day at great prices.

Jacquelyn and her store manager provided horrible customer service. They were both rude when dealing with a coupon transaction. The manager was unprofessional to the point of being disrespectful. At the end of my transaction, I politetly requested him to put his mask on appropriately for safety concerns and he responded sarcastically with have a good day. The manager had his mask down underneath his nose while Jacquelyn’s mask looked unsanitary. Social distancing is not being practice at this store when you are at the cashiers
