I’ve been trying to get through for 90 minutes. They hung up on me once and have not picked up for 45 minutes. I understand busy but they weren’t. There were two people in lab coats and 4 in scrubs. There were only 2 customers in line. One in consultation and one in pickup. To add insult to injury one of scrubs was sweeping. Sweeping! And i was still on hold 45 minutes later when I walked into the store and she has time to clean. I feel sicker than before and I’m very upset. I am never going to this CVS again. I want to give zero stars but I can’t.

The store staff at the front register is great. They have to fight off homeless people screaming at them all day long. The pharmacy is is just a mess. No one answers the phone EVER. You wait on hold for like an hour at least. When you go in, you wait in line for generally 20 minutes. Our work forces us to use them through insurance. We had to switch from Walgreens, which was amazing- to CVS pharmacy and it’s a nightmare. Why don’t they hire more people?
