Well kept, good discounts, friendly staff.

Later another person stepped out of the office I’m guessing that was a manager.

Do not use the service to have your medication mailed to you.

I’ve been on hold with the pharmacy for over 20 minutes. If this level of customer service is appealing to you feel free to shop at this store. I’m going to move my prescriptions to a different drug store because it appears that CVS no longer value me as a customer.

I’ve been coming to this CVS my whole life. And I’ve seen the change in management and pharmacy staff over the years. But the past few years have been THE ABSOLUTE WORSE. If I could give the pharmacy zero stars I would. I came to pick up my grandmother’s prescription and I waited in the drive-through. The customer in front of me took longer than expected and when it was my turn to drive up to the window, they closed the blinds because they were closed. They knew I waited behind the customer and knew I was in line before closing time, this is ridiculous. The store itself is great, but the pharmacy staff has a real attitude problem.

I’ve been coming to this CVS location for several years now. And I am always greeted and served kindly. Staff members know who I am and will even ask how my family is when I come in. I honestly don’t know what complaints on rude staff is by others on here. I’ve never experienced rude staff.
