I used to love this place before one time I was refused service because I was buying 1-2 items 6-7 times in a row with a cashback each time. When I ask why the manager and employees said that they are not bank. To which I said do you have a rule about it and the manager said “yes but you wouldn’t want to know it”. I said you can’t refuse me service if there is no rule about it but he said we will not give you cashback.The experience was unpleasant. It felt like I was denied because I was happy to buy 1 item at a time.I checked everywhere and called CVS complaint number and no one could say that there is a rule about it.Logically I could be told that they were out of cash but I wasn’t.Feels pretty bad. I’m gonna get to the bottom of this. I’m gonna come to you every time I need to do this because I haven’t done anything wrong and I am going to complain every time I get a no.
