WHY do I need to not only read in maps but be told that I may need an appointment when going here for COVID testing. Is that all the world is anymore? I can’t get directions to a freaking drug store without hearing about covid. Are we all mad?

Went there from k town with symptoms, doing covid test, in the parking lot. I received the result 8 days later saying FINAL RESULT: test not processed. This is incredibly unprofessional
