Pharmacist department is unbelievably rude and unprofessional, they lose prescriptions even electronic prescriptions which I still don’t understand how that’s even possible. When you ask them for help resolving the issue they act like it’s not their problem. Very sad considering that so many people depend on medications for their health, you would think people would be able to help them if that was their full time job….it would be like going to a mechanic with a flat and asking for them to put on a spare and them saying “wow, that’s a lot, not sure if we can squeeze that in, in the next 8 hours.” Unreal.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY.I have been a CVS pharmacy customer for many years. As a senior with underlying health issues, I’m on medications permanently and as such, beneficial to CVS business.I’m considering taking my business to RITEAID as the pharmacy staff at this CVS location is rude with extremely unprofessional behavior. Today, one of the arrogant pharmacists had the audacity to tell me I should find another pharmacy because I complained to her about her unreasonable and certainly unprofessional anger.
