Don’t make a COVID-19 vaccine appointment with this CVS. They don’t value customers’ time.I have made an appt with them for my son’s Covid vaccine. He is an adolescent child that needs Pfizer vaccine. We went inside 10 minutes earlier than the appt time. We checked at pharmacy, A pharmacist asked id and she input some information to the computer then we were held for 5minutes. After a few minutes she measured my son’s temperature and said it’s a bit higher than 99F and she said she would try once more after 5mins. After 10minutes of waiting I reminded her, she measured the temperature which was fine. In the meantime no one else was waiting for the vaccine around us.She told us go to the vaccination site at the corner of the shop where she would meet us for the shot. We went there then again no one else was there, it’s just my son. We waited more than 20min but she didn’t come. I went back to look for her at pharmacy. She said she would be coming soon. Finally she gave the shot to my son, but she didn’t give us the vaccination card at the moment. I asked but she told us to get it from her after 15min waiting. Ok 15min waiting would be necessary but why did you have to hold the card? I complained about the waiting time. She apologized but she explained she was the only one to be able to give the shot while doing pharmacist work for this CVS. After 15min of waiting, we had to line up and to wait for pharmacy customers before we finally got the card. By the time when we left, total time we spent inside the store for the vaccine was over 50 miniutes. I had to emphasize that no one else was there to get the shot. It was just my son. How ridiculous. Look for other CVS store or other vaccination place if you care about your valuable time.

Pharmacist is very disrespectful! My aunt didn’t know they closed the pharmacy early on Saturdays. As she was in line, the pharmacist yelled at her angrily that it was closed. My aunt simply asked her what time they closed and she screamed at her, IT’S CLOOOOSED!!!!!!! That is no way to treat anyone!
