This pharmacy operates like the DMV. The lines are 20-30 minute wait in the drive thru. I’ve been on hold over 50 minutes without as much as a human actually picking up the line. It’s taken over 5 hours to get antibiotics. If it was a one time issue I wouldn’t complain, but it’s all the time.

This location is the worst. Every time I go long line at the drive thru. When you go inside long wait time. The lady that is a cashier there is always rude (Ester). She walks around like she had no idea what she’s doing. When she can’t find something does not ask for help and no one bothers to help her. You cant call in because they never answer the phone. I understand dealing with customers can be tiring and aggravating but what happened to customer service ? does not exist at this location. It’s sad the management doesn’t care. I only go there because its 24 hrs. I’d rather do mail order if I can. It’s sad that with all the negative comments you think they would try and make the customer experience better but they don’t .
