1st Veronica, took time for me and had the patience to go above and beyond to help me get what I wanted even when shortage checking stock availability and whereabouts in the store, very quickly! And Marine being creative and can dohelped me get the offered deal online and juggled a smaller package with it, buy 1 get 1/2 off and utilizing my Care Plus 10.00 per mo. Those ladies get 6 Stars! And Jose the checker got Marine to check it out in the system..CVS IS GREAT BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE COME TO WORK AND MAKE CVS THAT WAY! Thank you!

Everything that might have made this store convenient is broken. Came in for a passport photo & the entire photo system is down (and has been for days). Decided to purchase something, all three self check outs have also been out of order for weeks (and for months they haven’t been accepting cash, but at least they took cards before). And to boot, 2 cashiers working the longest line ever, and no additional assistance in sight. I live near by, so this should be convenient.. but if you can visit any other drug store instead, as things currently stand I suggest you do.

I went in at 5:35pm on a Sunday with 3 prescriptions for my dog who has cancer. The veterinarian filled all the forms out correctly. The assistant checking me in was kind and supportive, but she had a question for the pharmacist. He came over and said this prescription needs a DEA or NPI number, I can’t fill it. I was quite upset. I called my veterinarian and he said no pharmacy has ever called for that number (they are the top oncologist veterinary hospital in Los Angeles. I go to another CVS that the pharmacist recommended, a 24 hour CVS, they filled it out with no questions, was great and supportive, I walked out with the meds in 20 minutes. The Pharmacist at this CVS was either too lazy to call my Vet or wait for confirmation or has no idea of what he was talking about. I do not recommend this CVS, go to CVS 2530 Glendale Blvd,. they care more than the San Fernando CVS about clients.
