I am writing this review for my friend who is not a native speaker. He went to this cvs for prescriptions refill. (NOT FIRST TIME). I initially forgot to present my insurance card. I realize I made a mistake once I look at my credit card receipt. I went back to the pharmacy and ask the lady for adjustment. She was very rude and doesn’t want to help due to the language barrier. I later asked my friend to help explain my situation. She finally agreed to make the adjustment. We understand we can not return drugs once we leave the pharmacy. We are only asking for adjustment not returning merchandise. We can sense the attitude of hers even with the mask on. I wrote this feedback to CVS customer feedback. Somehow I received an email from Tatevik Melkoumian; the person who I am complaining about. HOW FUNNY? Her tone made me even more upset. A few of my friends that are also non-native speakers had received similar treatments. I feel I was treated unfairly and being discriminated against because of my limited ability to speak English.
