I wish I could give this CVS zero stars. After I got married and changed my name, you would think no one had ever changed their name before, somehow my account is split in their system so that I’ll have valid refills only to go to the pharmacy and have the clerk tell me that I don’t. I have to tell them that there’s another place in their system and then they find the other prescriptions. I’ve asked them 8+ times to combine the accounts and they’ve assured me they will fix the issue. They have not fixed it. Recently, I was traveling while my RX’s would need to be refilled. I asked CVS to transfer my prescriptions to a pharmacy in the area in which I was traveling, Florida. I used the automated system to refill my prescriptions and knew I had valid refills. Well of course CVS didn’t look into my profile properly and sent only 1 medication to the new pharmacy. After calling CVS several times, including my new pharmacy calling CVS several times, they said I did have the medications but they never successfully transferred them. After spending 5 consecutive days working on this issue, I finally gave up and went without my medications. As a result, I’ve experienced bad headaches and adverse symptoms of my hypertension including being dizzy and feeling like I will pass out. Additionally, I’m having severe pain in my knee from a lack of arthritis medication. I will never give CVS or Target another prescription ever again. They’ve endangered my health and well-being with their poor customer service and incompetence.

Today will be the last time I will go to this Pharmacy. In the last month I have received the wrong medication, told my medication was ordered to find it hasn’t been and the last straw was today when after their error I was told to wait back in line multiple times. The absolute worst customer service. Great pharmacist which is the only reason I stayed as long as I did. I would not recommend this place.

Now many phamacy close early. However, this one opens even late night. My son came from the hospital around 9:00 pm after his surgery. Many of them close before 9:00 pm. He seriously needed pain reliever, etc.I strongly think the doctor and hospital have to take care of their patients about prescriptions’ medicine. They should give the information to patient and patient’s family the Drug Stores that open 24 hours near the hospital.I was really rescued by this pharmacy from my anxieties because I could guess my son’s pain.The pharmacist, Allan was so kind and a outgoing person. His small talk made me be relax because I worried about my son.I really appreciate him very much.It locates not so faraway from my house but I visited that area first time and I had already visited several phamacies then I had to drive detour because of accident.When I came back my house, it was around 0:00. Until that time, my son had to be patient of his pain.
