Sign-ups for covid-vaccinations had people standing in a line that began outside and followed some distance away from the store entrance. Wasn’t here for a shot (Thank God ), just to pick up a prescription. Walking to the Pharmacy in back of the store, it was obvious to all that the employees where currently very busy and on edge as they attempted to fix and/or work through some sort of confusion that had happened only minutes prior. The Pharmacy Receptionist, sadly, was quite rude to my girlfriend and I. She held a demanding and condescending tone toward us both as we proceeded through check out; one that, I imagine, is in direct correlation with the chaotic episode that just unfolded. Its understandable, but still very unappreciated and not a good look for the employer. Especially when the customers are going out of there way to be courteous and understanding given the circumstances.

I just had a pharmacist tell my doctor that it was unethical to prescribe medication for a family member. We share the same last name but are in no way related. It is a common last name. She didn’t ask if we were but she sure told him. I have been a new resident to this area and have been using this cvs for all my family needs and really liked the customer service. I have never dealt with pharmacist before but Cvs hired her and she is representating the company. So I will no longer be using them and will tell who ever will listen not to go there!!
