Very poor customer service!, been calling the pharmacy to asked about our prescription order that’s supposed to be delivered June 5th, paid same day delivery amounting to $7.99 because my mom needs that medication badly!,and now it’s already the 6th of June and no medicine delivered, I’m working far away from home that’s why i need the said medication to be delivered to our house’s doorstep since my mom can’t go any place due to her condition and now i called the CVS Pharmacy about this delivery issue and it’s pretty hard for the call to go through and after a few minutes of waiting i spoke to somebody and she told me that her computer is not functioning very well that’s why she needs to asked help from somebody on her circle, been waiting for almost 30 mins and the line hangs up… Questions not answered!Very Poor Customer Services!!!

The manger maricarmen has no respect for customer coz she literally yelling at me for no reason I had 25 % of which I already added to my care card I so them the pictures and sq number maricarmen instead helping me she was mad for no reason and I was denied my 25% what a manger and her management

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I am a person of color and I experienced racial profiling from the moment I walked in, to when I was shopping. I was followed around the store and kept on being stared at from a far and it makes me very uncomfortable. I’ve seen employees look at me in the eye and speak into their communicating piece, and right after that happend everyone working in the store was keeping an eye at me for no valid reason. They make it very noticeable when they are speaking about you and staring. I don’t think employees or security should be monitoring people while they shop, I find that very disrespectful. It is an extreme problem if a customer can not shop in peace. I see how different I was treated at this CVS and it is very unacceptable.
