Do not use CVS for your COVID 19 test for travel to Hawaii. They send it out to a lab that has no customer service and nobody to even give you a status of your test results. When you ask CVS for help you just get shoulder shrugs or an email that nobody responds to. Advertising 1-2 days and sometimes longer. Well, Hawaii requires 72 hours, so you may be stressed out before your trip if you don’t get your results in time, which happened to me. Go to clarity lab solutions at LAX by terminal 6 for 3-5 hour results. My cost for covid 19 tests are now about the same as my round trip flight cost to and from Hawaii.

I completely agree with the below review regarding covid testing here. I have no doubt the staff here at this CVS are great but the process through which covid testing is conducted here is a big problem.I was also told 2-4 business days. I was tested on Monday morning with the expectation to hear back Wednesday or Thursday but no such luck. I had to directly call the lab the samples get sent to, who referred me to the client help line, and finally after being on hold for nearly an hour total all I really get is confirmation that results will likely take 7-8 days. Nothing could be done to expedite my results, all I can do is wait. Not being able to work for an entire week is detrimental to me, not to mention having to be careful around my parents who are also extremely at risk. Something really must be done to resolve this problem, whether it be taken up with the clinical lab or whatever it may be. Please consider looking into this matter as soon as possible because 7-8 days is really unacceptable.
