If you’re going to do anything remotely technology related like using your phone to pay ,using coupons from the app or using an e gift card then don’t get in the lane with any of the older looking workers, they have little to no experience and most likely will mess up. If you have a complaint, don’t file it with the manager, file it with CVS customer support, the manager doesn’t offer much insight. If possible get your prescriptions filled elsewhere, they often take 20-30 minutes for 4/5 customers.

The worst customer service I have ever experience not only did I have to wait in line to pick up my waters Because there are no available shopping carts at this location then the only cart that’s available he makes me go and get my waters myself after me waiting in line then I had to wait for the guess The manager was helping While he’s rushing me out of the line I will not be coming back here plus it’s Father’s Day there’s no father day items in the store the cashier at the main checkout line doesn’t greet everyone she didn’t greet me because I was African-American but I saw her greeting other races and I watch the manager as he eyeballed this Latino kid like he was about to steal….

Recently visited because this was the location I chose to receive my COVID-19 vaccination. Efficient, well organized, and staff made us all feel comfortable. Thank you to Ron, Marlen and the rest of the store staff for all that they do, especially in these challenging times.
