I came in for a covid test at the minute clinic. The lady at the minute clinic Named Melanie was super rude. As I stand at the concierge desk in the minute clinic area. She yelling at me from the back clinic room door way asking me what am I here for I told her for Covid-19 testing, she then yelled at me to pull my mask over my nose completely. Which it was over majority of my nose. Meanwhile she has no mask on herself. She then tells me the should have send you at text. You should be waiting in your car. I said I have a text it didn’t say that and offer her to look at it. She then tells me are you yelling at me. I said no I’m tell you from here you seem to not hear me. She then brushes me off to ho sit in my car and wait for a call.This is no way to treat anyone when you’re working as a health provider.I really hope she can find an other job because it seems like she hates what she does with her snappy and cranky attitude.Two thumbs down for you Melanie at Cvs minute clinic.

really convenient location including a parking lot. It’s always stocked when I come and the pharmacists are very helpful. Very clean as well.
