This is unacceptable!!! This bathroom looks like a place where people shoot up drugs. Not up to CVS standards and needs to be kept clean, refill the toilet paper, paper towels and soap AND be SCRUBBED.

Pharmaceutical technicians do not know how to give information. If you do not know the answer to things simply do not give false information or say “it’s how you worded your question”. Your misinterpretation is not a customers fault. Management really needs to hire knowledgeable customer service representatives…
