I called a week ago for my sons prescription that was obviously recommended by his doctor. I called that same morning and the lady answered said that she had barely received the prescription and to call back a few hours later because she needed to prepare it. When I called back a man answered the phone saying they never received anything from my sons doctor and they don’t have anything ready for him, he also said HE’LL CALL my sons doctor to check and call me back later. He never called back but I left it alone and decided to pick up something over the counter. Fast forward to today… my son needed a different type of medication and his doctor sent the prescription to this CVS. I had explained to her the problem I dealt with them the week before and she told me to have them call the office so that they can redirect the call to his doctor, sense this all happened through the phone after office hours. When I called CVS they told me they received nothing, so I told them what his doctor had said and they told me they’ll not be calling his doctor and to have her call them. I don’t have his doctors personal number, the office redirects me. This has been been going back and forth from the office to CVS both saying the same thing. When I called for the fourth time explaining to the lady that it’s after hours and they need to redirect her to the doctor she said “I’ll not be calling the doctor, I already explained this to you I’ll be hanging up now”. They refused to help me get medicine for my baby or figure out why their system was messed up and not only that, but after his doctor faxed the medication sense THEIR SYSTEM WASN’T GETTING ANYTHING, I find out that they had a different type of insurance plan under my sons information that I’ve never heard of. Very rude, very unprofessional, very disorganized. After this experience, I’ll be going to a different pharmacy for any future prescribed medication.

Pharmacy always puts my medication on hold. They will promise a time but never have it ready. Hold times is ridiculous. If I could I would rate them half a star. Very disappointed after switching. I will go back to my other pharmacist.

Constantly problems refilling medication an I see overworked staff man at the window clearly took a phone call an just hung up the call. Plus today was told my daughter’s insurance doesn’t cover her medication when she used it since birth an has her personal Medicaid supervisor I will be calling in the morning an hopefully transfer my 3 kids prescriptions else wear after 2 years i am tired of risking my daughters seizures over these fake issues with her medication I swear just excuses .
