I was trying to get a prescription filled that my usual pharmacy had trouble filling. I called and spoke with a pharmacist or pharmacy tech the 2 days ago. Went through all of the questions to get in the system and permission to contact my usual pharmacy was given to him. 5 minutes after we hung up I received a text and a voicemail stating my pharmacy was closed so they would try again in the morning. 2 days later-nothing. I tried to call for 2 1/2 hrs literally was disconnected by the automatic system after being on hold for 20- 30 minutes each time. Finally after 2 hrs and 15 minutes I managed to get the automotive system to get a real life person at the front of the store! Only to be put on hold again, then transferred back to the pharmacy loop then when I did get a real pharmacist they had no idea what I was talking about. Had to start all over again only to be told they didn’t have any record of my contact with the pharmacy from 2 days ago! What a waste of time! Totally unorganized and frustrating.

I went there received the wrong prescription. Was told to call the insurance company for a refill by the pharmacy tech who didn’t open the until 922 instead of 9 and then the pharmacist instead of correcting the issue he argued what I had was incorrect. I see why they have a 2 star rating their service is terrible. I’ll drive to another town before I get anything else from them.

The store staff is great. Helpful and knowledgable about where things are and what’s in stock. But the Pharmacy is chaos. Three seperate times they have failed to deliver my medication. Each time I have call to be sure the medication will be mailed. Then I check back later and find out it is at the store to be Picked Up. I have spoken to the Pharmacy Mgr. He said there are problems they are working on.
