Never have I ever experienced such for service from a store representative. I even talked to the manager to talk about the situation and he backed up the employee even though she was rude and disrespectful to me the whole time. Her name was Ellisa L.

I went in to print a picture that came out purple and the “supervisor” insisted that I pay for it. Why should I pay full price when they refuse to fix their printer? Just RIDICULOUS. These people don’t know what customer service is.

I can’t believe they are doing COVID testing in the drive through lane. I waited over 15 minutes while the car in front did their COVID test. Finally got to the window and prescription was not ready. Had been called in hours before. She told me to come back in 10 minutes and get in the drive through lane. Ha!Could not go in because I had my dog with me.
