Friendly staff, good discounts if you have their rewards card.

Most of the pharmacy staff always rude even the ones who are in charge.

The CVS stores have really gone down in quality and customer service since 2020. This store and the other one on Ed Carey have declined severely. The employees refuse to open a human register. The self checkouts don’t work very well and there is usually only one open. The self checkout doesn’t always accept CVS or brand coupons. The store employees have simply gotten lazy and they refuse to help the customers. The store managers are useless and do nothing but collect a paycheck. I am throwing out my CVS card and going back to Walgreens. CVS service is non existent. Open a damn register for gods sake. The lines are long because your self checkout sucks.

The pharmacy never answers my calls. I have to go in person. They are super busy and you can tell they are overworked but that’s no excuse for projecting it towards the customers. The pharmacy tech could not answer my questions regarding a vaccine which was alarming being they should be the go-to for advice?! The place seems abandoned with staff always in the aisles whenever you have a question. Last but not least, most of the items are available but misplaced or haven’t been replenished.

Time and time again, this CVS just screws up my family’s prescriptions. My family can’t get pain medication, after a back surgery, because of the incompetence of the staff. The pharmacist even told me to take my prescription back and find another pharmacy, if I wanted to. Seriously?! So, it can look like I’m pharmacy shopping or doctor shopping- and give the appearance of a crime? CVS trying to set me up for failure. Last time I come to a CVS.
