This is the worst pharmacy ever. You are better off going somewhere else, anywhere else is better than this place. The staff is rude. Terrible customer service. They never answer the phone and if by some miracle they do, then it’s someone rude and unhelpful. I have had multiple encounters with this pharmacy and each time it is always the same. And that’s just as a customer. On a professional side. I work in a doctors office and I have to deal with them for patient refills. Like I said. It’s never good service.

Today I came in for my meds and they didn’t have them ready. So I sat in the waiting room/section.They said the workmans comp needs to call before they can process my prescription. So i sat in the area texting travelers. I get up to go and then I get a call thru the intercom…they got approval and it will be about 15min.So I go back to sit down and then I’m told I can not sit there because it’s for people who are getting flu shots. The thing is there is no one around. So still sit for a bit then the other tech says u can’t sit there….really I can understand if someone shows up I’ll move…BUT no it’s not good enough.So I move and lean against an isle until my medicine is ready.Ungrateful people.

3 separate times I tried to get a hold of pharmacy on phone and on hold 20 mins before finally giving up and hanging up or being hung up on! I was trying to get my prescription sooner than 4-5 days after they got script and could never get a hold of them. I am typically happy with CVS , not this one
