I avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Pharmacy staff couldn’t care less about customer service. I’ve had the automated machine tell me prescriptions were ready on more than one occasion and after waiting 30-40 min in line I was told that they were not. They do not care to answer phone calls so I couldn’t even verify with a person that they were actually ready. On one occasion that they actually answered I notified the person that I had been on hold for 1 hour he said they were busy and actually put me back on hold! What else can you do to solve the issue except avoid giving them any business. I live in this area but go out of my way to avoid it. It has been this way for years so apparently none of management cares to fix their issues either. They have 2 out of 5 stars and that’s probably giving them too much credit.

I’ve called the pharmacy 3 times and every time I got hung up on. I called again and have been on hold for almost 45 minutes!!! WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! I’m in so much pain just trying to get a simple pain med.
