Wow I was very disappointed in the staff working at this location. I tried to buy a couple of items and use a promotion offered by the store. When I didn’t receive my coupons, the cashier went to consult with the manager. When the cashier came back, I went back to the shelf to take a picture of the sale tag meanwhile THE MANAGER HAD REMOVED THE TAGS! That was very bizarre and inappropriate behavior of the staff, very disappointing that the cashier was not trying to help the customer… worst cvs ever!

Unfortunately the worst CVS I’ve dealt with this far and I’ve dealt with plenty. Constant inconsistent information and refills from the pharmacy. You cannot get through to them on the phone without waiting over 15 minutes. I’ve called before and been on hold for 20.mins only to drive all the way to the store, walk in and see them standing there not even filling a med while I was still on hold. The bedside manner or phone etiquette rather, is lacking here as well. It’s just an over all unfortunate experience with this location and consistently a let down
