This is the absolute worst pharmacy that we have ever used. They never never pick up their phone. My son had a Covid vaccine appointment there and when he arrived after waiting 10 to 15 minutes they told him they could not do it due to insurance reasons when I’m a nurse and I know the vaccine is free. It was close to the last appointment at closing tine and so by the time my son called me 5 minutes later they had left and closed. I called the Mansfield CVS, that picks up their phones and they got him in first thing the next day without question. I recommend that corporate take a look at management at this pharmacy. We will not go to this CVS and advise that others follow our lead.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. Worst pharmacy and customer service EVER!!! I went to pick up a prescription after no one picked up the phone after 45 minutes. I went to pharmacy and was told my a rude, unprofessional tech I didn’t have a prescription. After my persistence of giving my information and pulling out verification my doctor had sent it, she said it would be ready in 30 to 45 minutes. She said they were bust but no one in Drive thru or at pharmacy area. I went back 45 minutes later and was told by the tech it wasn’t ready as she was sitting doing nothing when I arrived. She rudely said I would get a text when it was ready, walked over and sat back down. It’s an hour and a half later and still no text, no one will answer phone. It’s over three hours…REALLY. WHO HOLDS THIS CVS LOCATION ACCOUNTABLE???

One hour and 30 minute hold time on the telephone. You get a quick answer and hang up before you ask the second question. Then another 30-40 minutes wait at the drive thru. If you have illness or not young, this is the wrong place. Once, it took three visits to tell me that they out of my med
