Was on hold for 43 minutes for the pharmacy. Then the person who answered the phone was very rude and clueless. Did not know what they were doing. And then they hung up on me. I hate when my stuff gets sent to this location. It’s absolutely ridiculous!

I came for a vaccine and I walked back out after a couple of minutes of waiting and looking around. The vaccination booth itself was in disarray, the pharmacy needs extra hands, the floor of the store has trash and food strewn about, the check-in at the pharmacy counter was visually dirty with random opened and unopened bottled drinks, etc. Yikes. I booked an appointment at the other location.

The worst for everything. Prescriptions are always wrong, missing, can’t find. I’ve come several times and there just wasn’t a pharmacist so it was closed. The COVID vaccine process could be better organized by a middle schooler. Both times it was like no one even started working on it until after they were supposed to have started.
