Pharmacist denied me my medication yesterday because he said he couldn’t verify my insurance. I showed him my Veterans card. I left without my medication even though I showed him my VA card. I told them the VA provides my healthcare and medication. How is it they are able to deny medication like that? I will never shop or use this CVS again if I ever use any CVS ever.
