Cvs website says walk ins are welcome but when I arrived here they said call us after last appointment at 6:30. Whats the point of bothering people by mentioning about walk ins. Big disappointment

The customer service is horrible the younger staff gives a lot of attitude to do there job. I went in yesterday to locate a certain product and the young woman was extremely disinterested in assisting. There is another location in the opposite direction no more than 2 miles away. I highly encourage you to go to that location. The staffing is way better.

Slowest drive thru ever! Currently in line been here more than 15 minutes and they haven’t even finished helping the first person. I am here for covid testing and went inside at first before seeing signs saying not to do so. They have 2 people working. 1 is working and the 2nd person is just watching them with her hands on her hips. My appointment was for 11:10. I got here on time and its 11:30 and the line hasn’t moved a single car.Update: It took 50 minutes but the woman helping me was lovely once it was my turn. Maybe CVS needs to staff their pharmacy’s better.
