Wakana and her team do an amazing job at the pharmacy. I’m very impressed and I felt like they really cared about me. They do their absolute best and have a lot to handle, but do it well.

There is one young Asian man who knows what he is doing the rest are useless. Text you its ready and it’s not. My prescription insurance is through them and their website list all prices but they constantly try to over charge me and get mad when I tell them they made a mistake.

Only 5 carts in the entire store. Have been told by a manager that nothing could be done about that. When I asked to speak to THE manager I was told she was busy. Aisles often blocked by two employees working together. This has been my CVS for many years, but I’m changing to another one that is more customer focused.
