Their pharmacy staff is outstanding: pleasant and polite, and have readily offered assistance, when I’ve had hiccups with prescriptions. This department is an anomaly at CVS. We keep changing locations because of how bad customer service is all over the chain. We definitely don’t buy anything else here.

Dont think about doing your testing with this CVS. It takes 2X longer to receive your results compared to any other location or testing lab. The staff cant even track/status your results. I will have to get tested somewhere else again to actually be able to receive my results. This is ridiculous. What a waste of time.

Horrible experience here. I gave camera film to workers 3 weeks ago and I was told to keep checking back by visiting the store to see if my pictures were done…I asked if they contact their customers to let them know when the pictures would be done and they said no. I then checked back every 2-3 days and had troubles every single time: them not being able to find my name or confirmation number in the system or worker not even knowing anything about retrieving picture film, and different workers telling me different information every single time (“we will call you when they’re done”, “we don’t call you when they’re done”, “I can’t find you in the system, come back tomorrow”, “Come back tomorrow when the manager is here”. Meanwhile I have gotten film from a different CVS location and had a perfect experience but this one is horrible. Choose another one if you would like better service!
