It’s been over 1 year since the onset of Covid and it’s unbelievable that CVS has still not been able to adapt its customer service practices to get back to normal. Trying to speak with someone in the pharmacy (because there are other illnesses and conditions besides Covid) takes at least 20 mins on hold; in-person or drive-through pharmacy wait times are longer than necessary. And to think that they aren’t even giving the vaccine here or doing rapid Covid testing.

Don’t get your covid test here. In line for an hour past my appointment time already, and they have only gotten through 2 of the 4 people that were in front of me. They should schedule less appointments if they can’t handle the volume. I will have spent over 2 hours in line to get a 10 minutes test.
