Customer service The pharmacy just opened – how can you be so mad ALREADY!

If you need a pharmacy, go elsewhere. This pharmacy is lacking costumer service and employees. Even during busiest hours they have one person running drive thru and inside at the same time. It can takes 30 minutes before even picking up a prescription, and that is being 3rd in line. Don’t expect your calls to be answered most of the time either.

This location has always been helpful for me. I travel for work a lot and they always work with me to make sure I get my meds before I leave for my next go round on the road.
A Kreist
Walked in at 5:52pm on Sunday 9/6, missing the fact that they closed at 6:00. I needed a prescription filled after coming from urgent care. The first problem was not being able to understand the woman behind the counter: on top of two masks and a plexiglas panel, she mumbled and wouldn’t speak up. So I put my prescription on the counter, but she said they were closing in 7 minutes and I should go down the road to a different store. (That would be known as time card fraud.) I asked her to fill it anyway. She literally turned around in place and picked the bottle off the shelf. Then we waited a couple moments for them to process the request. The second woman, checking us out was equally rude. When I sat back down in my car, the clock said precisely 6:00. So, I got in, ordered, paid and walked out to my car in 7 minutes. While I have consistently had rude service at this location, this has been the worst.
