I visited this store yesterday evening to get my second dose of the vaccine. It seems that the only person I was in contact with, that knew what they were doing, was the girl checking people in at the front desk. When I got back to the vaccination area, the woman that was supposed to check people in seemed like she didn’t know what was going on. I had to ask her what I needed to do and where I needed to wait. Then, when it was my turn, she just walked away. I had to stop her and ask her which booth I needed to go to.When I got into the booth to receive my vaccine, the man administering them was cold and of very few words. While giving me the vaccination, he put the needle to my arm and pushed as slowly as he could to insert it. It truly hurt worse than any shot I have received in my life. He then told me we were finished by yelling, Next! As loud as he could, before I left the booth. It is now the next morning and my entire upper arm is in searing pain. I can barely lift it to even pick up my water. If you go to this location for your vaccine, I recommend NOT sitting in the man’s chair. Go to one of the women. They did a wonderful job when I got my first dose.

We walked in their this evening and the first thing we here when we walked in was Mexican music. We live in the United States of America, not Mexico. I know that living in Irving, Tx. is starting to feel like we are living in Mexico, but we are not. Needless to say, we will never shop at another CVS store.
