You have to wait over 10 min in drive thru just to get service.
Really OK
The people that work at this location are super nice and very professional.

The rudest most incompetent pharmacist I’ve ever dealt with.

This place is terrible! I have to do their job for them! Make sure they are filing everything on my insurance (that they have on file already) they never have my medication in stock and expect me to wait a week or more for it. I have to get in touch with my Dr and have them send different scripts over because they never have enough medication. I told them I take the same thing every month at the same time so can they PLEASE make sure to have it and they act like they have no control. I can’t understand ANYONE that works here. It is a HUGE pain to change drs and pharmacies but it’s looks like that’s what I’m going to have to do unfortunately.

Very unprofessional pharmacy. I had a covid test appointment at 4:50PM today. I even came 10 minutes early. When I arrived, no one was at the window, I had to wait until 4:52, press the call button and a woman said she will be right there. After about 2-3 more minutes she came to the window and asked What do you need?. Kind of rude but I wanted to get it done and leave asap. I told her I had an appointment for a covid test at 4:50PM. She told me there was no more appointment for today and that the technician left because that the last test was hours ago. She told me to come back tomorrow because there’s a lot of time slots. How unprofessional is that?? Shouldn’t you guys stay until the last time slot or take it off of the website?? There was a time slot for 4:50PM on the website so I booked it but why couldn’t they test me. I would think if she was there in the pharmacy, she would be a technician but I guess not? You guys let non-technicians work there? What if this was super urgent? Are you guys just going to send people home? I suggest going to the one on lavon, they are always professional and friendly.

Why does it always seem the pharmacy is a completely different entity than the rest of a CVS. The atmosphere and customer service is almost always top notch but when you interact with the pharmacist behind their cage the experience of your visit to this CVS is absolutely horrible. The rare times i need a prescription I’m hoping only to interact with the assistants that appear to do most of the work and not the pharmacist that for some reason can not have a reasonable conversation in an understandable fashion. We know you must be intelligent, you went to school and took a test, so do everyone a favor and portray that in your customer interactions. One last question, why does this pharmacy have their own special hours that seem to be different than all of the other pharmacies that share the same name, and why, if there are associates still working past their special hours, are they not allowed or do not want to help one of their customers? Ok sorry that was two. I guess the answer lies within their ability to communicate and customer service, or lack there of. Must be another one of these necessary evils we have to deal with every day. To the EXCELLENT CVS employees that also have to deal with the horrible pharmacist I commend you for everything you do.
