Terrible customer service. Staff sitting behind the counter so they are not seen, forcing customers to use the 2 self-scanners. Wanted to buy a locked item and couldn’t get a staff member to unlock the item. CVS prices do not match CVS service–I use to pay more for the convienence, what happened to the convenience. CVS has high prices and does not offer fast convenient service these days and wants me to scan my own items. No way! Negative 5 stars!

Horrible service. I had to wait 40min to use a coupon. I came back 3 times for the same prescriptions. Will never use this cvs again. I wish my job didn’t make me use cvs I prefer walgreens.

The review is for those supposedly administering the COVID area in the Minute Clinic. Makes sense why this place has such low rating. Very disorganized, rude and unprofessional. A total waste of time. When you get to your appointment you get a run around from inside to outside and then turned away with no reasonable explanation. Hate brews here.
