I had a wonderful experience with Prachi, the Pharmacist at the CVS store on Coit when I went to pickup two prescriptions for my daughter on Saturday. Only one prescription was ready and the other hadn’t been called in. Prachi offered to call me when she received it. Unfortunately, the doctor did not get the other prescription called in on Saturday, however Prachi called me before they closed to let me know that she had not received it and they were closing. I don’t know of any pharmacy that would have done that. On Sunday, the prescription finally was sent to the pharmacy and Prachi called to inform me she had received it and it would be ready in 30 minutes. In today’s world you don’t find customer service like this. I truly appreciate the service she offered and her follow through. It’s refreshing to see the kind of service in today. Thank you Prachi!
