I went there with colleagues for my covid test, my phone was dead and I went in to see if someone could help with scheduling, everyone there seemed unconcerned and acted like I was a burden, I finally used someone else’s phone and was able to get the test done…5 days later still no test result…I have called over a dozen times to their help center …I took this test so I can travel in 3 days but guest what? They still don’t have results despite the fact that everyone else who took the test during the time I did has gotten their’s.Called the pharmacy and who ever picked up left me on hold for 30mins…
