This CVS location is always fast and awesome despite being the busiest CVS I’ve ever been to. It’s across the street from east Alabama medical center which makes it busier but this pharmacy team is great. Grace is the best. She’s always so helpful and if I were you I would always ask for her help if you need something specific. Thank you CVS on perperrel parkway!!! Thank you GRACE

This place is the worst location you could ever go to. Please don’t use this one . I thought I had to because of my insurance but I went to Walgreens and it was also accepted there and other places… CVS you need to evaluate your employees at this location…Rude and absolutely unprofessional!! I’m sure it wasn’t the pharmacist but it was definitely the male technician..

The staff in the pharmacy is horrible. The guy smacking his gum while telling me they don’t have the med I was prescribed And offers no help trying to help me find another pharmacy. I have to use this pharmacy or I WOULD NOT!! CVS should be ashamed!!!
