The pharmacists at the CVS are rude and extremely unprofessional. You’ve completely lost my service; which includes everyone else in my household.I shouldn’t have to yell me name and birthday across the pharmacy for you to look me up.I was told yesterday that my medication was going to be coming in on a truck today, so I left my prescription with the pharmacist. Today I was told that I can’t have my prescription back and that I had to go to a different pharmacy in town, have that pharmacy call over to CVS to have my prescription filled. This is absurd. My daughter and I are both sick, but THANK YOU for making me go out of my way and go into another pharmacy because you wanted to lie to my face.Also, whichever pharmacist was on tonight, your attitude sucks and you should learn how to have a conversation with people without cutting them off.

I had my medications transferred from Walmart. It was always something with my medications not ready, not enough pills, out of stock, long lines, no updates if they didn’t have your meds after waiting lengthy periods of time and no drive thru window. I needed all medications with a drive through and majority at one location. It’s been some extra effort put in at CVS and small hiccups getting correct address updated, correct refills and hold time is somewhat lengthy on the phone, except for today. I like CVS online app. You have so many options of convenience. I plan to give this pharmacy a chance because, for now, they’ve been willing to correct their actions without blaming the customer or implying that I should have did something differently or more energy making sure my medications were ready or available. There haven’t been a lot of attitude about answering questions related to medications or requesting their names.
