TO: CVS East Henrietta Rd. Communication between management, customers and pharmacy is VERY bad. It is causing extreme embarrassment to customers shop at your store- particularly those who go through the drive up window to make purchases. A phone call to the store let’s you know you can purchase items at window-they also tell the limit on the number of items you can purchase. Then when you get to the window, the person at the window gets aggravated and rude with the customers basically acting like the customers are lying about what they were told on the phone. We customers are not trying to go against your rules!!! You should stop treating us like we are doing that. Your particular store, very badly needs some better critical thinking in during this COVID-19 CRISIS time along with some better judgement on how to handle your customers. Remember, you are not the only pharmacy in this area-as a matter of fact your store is located in the most inconvenient to reach location of all the pharmacies in this area. If people are following the rules you have set, and you still feel you have to treat them so badly, maybe you should change your rules so that you can be better satisfied with your customers as they continue to follow your rules-only to receive your dissatisfaction in return. All grocery stores and pharmacies are trying very hard to go out of their way to help people stay safe and healthy. You should really rethink the way you’re managing this so that you are on the same page as they are.

I’ve been sitting on line in my car for over 20 minutes for a pharmacy pick up with 3 cars in front of me. It took almost 15 minutes for the first car to move on. The next car has been at the window for about 5 minutes now and hasn’t even been talked to from the window. I’ve never waited this long before. Just awful!
