I am ALWAYS respectful and kind and will treat people the way that I’m treated. It’s sad to see such a decline in a business I use so often. I purposely asked a question to avoid any headaches for my family and I and since the pharmacy worker answered without actually knowing the answer; making her a FOOL, a month later, I have to run around to another pharmacy to get a prescription that we HAD to use ONE TIME. I was told I could switch the prescription to any CVS which was far from the truth. If you don’t know the answer, don’t open your mouth.

I shop at this location on a regular basis. I was less than pleased today when it was suggested to me by the cashier that I use self-checkout and there was only one person in front of me on line. I politely declined and waited in line. When I got up to the register and she rang me up, she felt it necessary to tell me how the self-checkout would have scanned the items that I was buying and that I could have used it. I told her that I didn’t want to use it. I don’t feel that when I go into a location I should have the cashier pressuring me to use self-checkout. The fact that it was mentioned to me twice is just annoying.

Store was clean even during a heavy snowfall. A few times they had to order my meds so I had to wait. That really frustrated me. Many people are diabetic nowadays keep those things in stock!
