Everyone that works here is completely clueless. I put in a one hour photo order at 1pm. At 6pm when I came back to pick them up, they weren’t ready and were still printing (5 hours later mind you, but whatever.) When I asked for an estimate of when they would be done, a woman who I’m assuming was a manager said “I don’t know.” When I confirmed that they were currently printing as asked again if she could give me an estimate of when they would be done, she said “no.” So I decided to walk up close to where they were printing and, lo and behold, there’s a progress bar right on the screen that says how far along the machine is in the printing process. So, at the VERY least, this woman could have let me know that it was half way done. When they finished printing and I went back to the register to let them know, they acted as if they weren’t done yet. I had to literally point to the screen in front of them that said “order done” with my name underneath. But most importantly, my pictures came out with lines across all of them, rendering them completely unusable. When I brought them back to the counter to show them, an attendant said “yeah that’s been happening.” At the very least she gave me a refund. Avoid this place at all costs. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Pharmacy phone woman was extremely rude/abrupt. I had called about a scrip on Wednesday and said they were out/on back order. I understand this is a supply issue and not CVS. However, they said they expected a restock on Sunday. Called on Sunday and no meds. Not CVS fault, however they never called or kept me in the loop. Now down to 1 pill and gotta scramble to call dr right before holiday to try and get a totally different med. Had I been informed there was a nationwide shortage, I would have called my dr much earlier. Now it’s a potential health crisis. Long lines at store. They used to have self service counters which made checkout a breeze. What do they do? Take them out and then understaff the counter. It’s as if they go out of their way to screw the customer. Switching pharmacies ASAP.
