The service at this pharmacy is absolutely horrible! Always long lines. Always long waits. They answer the phone 1% of the time. At 10am, I put my prescription refill order in through the app and was informed that it would be ready at 2pm. I never got an email, so I called. Twelve times until 8pm!! They never answered the phone! I drove to the store and they never filled the prescription! I had to wait for over an hour for it to be refilled! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!

CVS IS NOT #1 ANYMORE, REALLY UNDERCOVER BOSS NEEDS TO VISIT THIS STORE IN HEMPSTEAD. BAD SERVICE AND WHY DON’T YOU JUST DISCONNECT YOUR PHONE SERVICE, BECAUSE YOU ALL NEVER ANSWER YOUR PHONE. Very displeased with the pharmacy service here. No way should the line wrap around the store because they are understaffed. People need medication urgently and its inappropriate to not have the appropriate staff to offer timely service. I will not send medication here in the future.
