The pharmacy is overwhelmed and needs to hire more people. However, placing people on hold for 10 minutes consecutively, picking up the phone and telling a customer they’re second on line, and then hanging up on them is unprofessional. Telling a customer that a prior authorization was sent to a doctor, but not being able to tell the customer when it was done is not only lying but also unprofessional. If there were more 24 hour CVS stores around we’d jump at the opportunity to go else where after putting up with none-sense for 30 years (it’s gotten worse the last couple of years). Sadly, as a customer all you can hope for is that more professional, caring, and ethical people are hired so things get better for everyone involved!

Waited at the drive thru ten minutes without being helped. Had to park and go inside to pick up my medication. The problem in the pharmacy is that they have plenty of people working filling prescriptions, but they ignore the customers that are there for pickups. Ongoing issue at this pharmacy.

Absolutely love having a 24 hour pharmacy minutes from my house. I always look for one(just as a safety blanket) that has a pharmacy that is 24/7. I have been using this CVS for YEARS. The workers are so friendly and when you go all of the time at night, the night pharmacists get to know you. Particularly Mohammed. He is so nice and always says Hi and asks how things are.
