Ever since the start of the pandemic, we have really relied on this CVS for pharmaceutical and essential needs. Rosalina and Benjamin at pharmacy are really great. Benjamin took his time to contact me when he couldn’t quite fulfill my father’s medication and did his best to get the right codes and kept us updated on the process. We really appreciated the communication. I really appreciate their kindness after a particularly rough day, super nice and sympathetic.I’m not quite sure of the logic of having one cashier help people do self checkout. Wouldn’t it be faster to just have the cashier do the transactions? It seems safer too–less people trying to steal?

This store is very short on staff. Tried to purchase some cards and pick up photos Waited a long time. The line behind me went across the store. The only person working was helping someone at the self checkout, what’s the point of self checkout when people need assistance? After waiting 15 minutes (u was first in line) I got so angry I left as did the majority of the people that were waiting on the same line. Lots of people need work, hire more staff!
