My father who is a diabetic, has his prescriptions there, every time when he goes to get his medications they never have it ready, he doesn’t speak English, they were discriminating him because of that, never look for someone to help him to translate, this week he went there a few times looking for his diabetic medications, they were playing around with him, telling that the medications weren’t ready, he got desperate because he runs out of his medications, everyone knows and people who work at the farmacy knows that diabetic medications are essential to keep the patient alive, they told him one more time that next Monday, 4th time this week… when he got mad and started to cry and call the police by stage of magic some of his diabetic medications appeared, as now we are looking for a lawyer to sue this inhumane place, my father almost die because of their negligence. All the farmacist at that place any of them took consideration, or tried to help him, not even sending the medications to another CVS.

I find it unfair to get low quality service when your investing in someones business as a customer. The pharmacy moves at a snail’s pace, they are always making mistakes that cost you time and money, the computers are always broken, and getting help takes much effort and patience. High note? The worst pharmacy ever I’ve been calling for days for my husband prescription they don’t answer the phone you are on hold for at least an hour and they still don’t answer.
